During the specified warranty period, if a defect or a problem should occur, follow the instructions for troubleshooting and servicing. Customer's sole and exclusive remedy and Computer Mart's liability in the event of defect is expressly limited to the correction of the defect by adjustment, repair, or replacement at Computer Mart option and expense. Computer Mart will not pay the shipping charges when returning product (s) to you. This warranty does not cover, and Computer Mart is not responsible for: damage caused by misuse, neglect, fire, or other unauthorized modification of hardware or software resulting from the use not specified or recommended by Computer Mart. In addition, Computer Mart hereby discloses that all sales of hardware or software are FINAL, and reserves the right to deny refund on any sale.
