Comments:

The newer systems come standard with 1MB installed in the first 4 sockets.

Older machines came with 512KB (in the first two sockets) or with 640KB (in the first four sockets). If your system came with 640KB, you must remove the two 64KB modules from the second bank before expanding the system board.

To expand beyond 8MB, use Kingston's ATaboard! memory expansion board.
